We are looking for compassionate, confident and motivated people to join our Domestic Abuse Coordinated Community Response (DACCR) Team.

This is a varied, rewarding and sometimes demanding frontline role. You will support people experiencing domestic abuse, often at a difficult point in their lives, helping them understand their options, reduce risk and access the right support.

You will…

• respond to referrals and provide timely support;
• complete risk and needs assessments;
• provide trauma-informed support, advice and safety planning;
• help people access appropriate services and specialist support;
• respond to helpline enquiries;
• maintain clear, accurate and timely electronic case records; and
• work closely with colleagues and partner agencies.

You will need to be able to combine empathy with professionalism, remain calm when dealing with sensitive or challenging situations and manage competing priorities.
