On Saturday, 27th June, between 12 and 4pm, Winthrop Gardens is “the” place to be for the whole family! Activities have been organised to fundraise for the local registered charity Hopian, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Winthrop Gardens is the perfect place to host this, as it will give visitors the opportunity to enjoy Winthrop’s beautiful gardens and woodland, as well as family fun!
So expect to see a tombola stall, a “name-the-teddy” competition, as well as activities such as a Bear Hunt, a wonderful exploratory woodland Clay Faces Walk and a Creative Craft area to let your creativity buzz to life!
Entry to the event is free and gives access to Winthrop Gardens (Second Lane, Wickersley, Rotherham S66 1EE), but booking is required; please call 07397 039226 for tickets for the event and any activities. Early booking is highly recommended as space is limited.
Please note that parking at Winthrop Gardens is limited, but there is alternative parking only a short walk away.
